Belinda Barclay is general manager at Oreana Partnerships and has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services across advice, leadership, governance and business management. Her career spans 12 years as a financial adviser, international wealth management experience in Singapore, and senior executive leadership within the Australian advice industry. Over the past decade, Barclay has held executive roles overseeing adviser engagement, compliance, governance, operational strategy and practice growth within a national AFSL network. Barclay has extensive experience supporting financial advisers and advice businesses through periods of significant industry and regulatory change, with a strong focus on professional standards, sustainable business models and client outcomes. She has led initiatives across adviser development, risk management, practice management, technology implementation and strategic growth. Known for her practical approach and deep understanding of the advice profession, she brings a broad perspective shaped by hands-on experience across advice delivery, AFSL operations and executive leadership.
