Shadforth Financial Group, Australia’s premier high net worth (HNW) advice business, has expanded in Queensland with Lyndhurst Family Advisory (Lyndhurst) joining its advice network this month. The addition of Lyndhurst’s renowned holistic approach to managing both the emotional and financial wellbeing of clients will further enhance Shadforth’s strong wealth management capabilities.
Lyndhurst is a specialist financial advice business based in Queensland that provides a family-centered approach to the management of personal injury compensation payments to clients across Australia. Lyndhurst assists families taking care of loved ones who have lost their capacity through illness or injury, by comprehensively managing the complex affairs for the entire family and combining financial services with human services through its Wellbeing Advocacy service.
Lyndhurst also provides Private Office advice service that empowers financially successful families wishing to turn their success into significance, through prudent management of assets and a strong focus on multi-generational legacy.
Cathy Mackey, the Head of Shadforth in Queensland, commented: “We are excited by the enhanced offering for families we can offer through Lyndhurst joining Shadforth, offering a win-win solution for our clients and the expanded business.”
Lyndhurst Director and founder, Mr Charlie Fraser joins Shadforth as a Private Client Adviser. Mr Fraser was recently awarded the Money Management 2017 Australian Financial Planner of the Year for his work as the founder of Lyndhurst.
In addition, Ms Sarah Grealy joins as Associate Adviser, bringing to Shadforth her expertise as a Wellbeing Advocate.
These appointments will ensure Lyndhurst clients continue to receive the personalised client service they expect, and will assist Shadforth to leverage the unique capabilities Lyndhurst offers across its business.
Mr Fraser said: “Lyndhurst was borne out of my passion to make a real difference by looking after our clients emotionally as well as financially. Joining Shadforth allows us to continue to apply our holistic philosophy and approach to an expanded range of clients, while accessing greater infrastructure and capabilities to better support our existing clients.”
Mr Fraser and Ms Grealy will join Shadforth as of 3 July and be based in Brisbane.
