The Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) is thrilled to announce the full line-up of keynote speakers for the 2016 FPA Professionals Congress.

FPA CEO, Dante De Gori, CFP® said this year’s diverse set of speakers is one of the strongest yet, with Ange Postecoglou, Tracey Holmes, Richard de Crespigny and Dr Michael Holt joining previously announced speakers Anna Meares and Andrew Denton in Perth this November.

“This year’s Professionals Congress is all about encouraging delegates to be bold, resilient, and ready to embrace the challenges that lie ahead. Our keynote speakers will play a crucial role, sharing their insights and ideas to help delegates prepare for future opportunities,” said Mr De Gori.

“Each speaker will draw on their own experiences to address what it takes for delegates to be future ready, both personally and professionally,” said Mr De Gori.

Ange Postecoglou has been the Socceroos head coach for 18 months, and will address delegates on how to lead and empower, whether it be a team, your staff or your clients

Dr Michael Holt’s story is one of sheer grit, determination and courage. At the peak of his career, Dr Holt was tragically struck by a car and underwent nearly four years of rehabilitation to get back to the workforce as a practicing orthopaedic Dr Holt will share his journey, exploring what it really takes to thrive during times of great adversity

Previously announced: Anna Meares OAM is one of the most successful female cyclists in Australian history. Anna will share with delegates her experience of the power of passion, determination and resilience

• Previously announced: Television broadcaster, producer and writer Andrew Denton is back by popular demand at the Congress and will challenge thoughts and opinions around an ethical dilemma close to his heart.

“We are excited to be joined by such a motivating array of speakers, each bringing different life experiences, skills and stories sure to inspire delegates to get future ready,” said Mr De Gori.

The FPA Professionals Congress offers delegates the opportunity to earn up to 15 CPD hours, including three ethics hours. The program includes a combination of 24 different workshops with top industry experts and inspiring keynote speakers.
