Leading Australian wealth manager MLC has announced the appointment of Michael Downey to the role of Head of Practice Development.
Mr Downey brings close to 30 years of experience in the industry, with a strong track record of leading teams to success, most recently in the MLC Strategic Accounts team.

Mike’s experience will be key in helping us deliver to our purpose of enabling advice businesses to deliver a valued and enduring client experience.” said MLC’s General Manager of Advice Partnerships, Ross Barnwell.
Mr Downey will be developing and leading the strategy for the Practice Development team, who work with licensee advisers to help grow their business and implement best practice business strategies.
Mr Downey is looking forward to taking up the new leadership challenge in Advice Partnerships, explaining;

Mr Downey commenced the new role last week.
