Financial services software company Rubik Financial (Rubik) has appointed Stacey Hampton as Head of Human Resources reporting to Group Chief Financial Officer, Darius Coveney.
Hampton joins with over 10 years’ experience in senior roles with the Macquarie Group, most recently as Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Risk Management and Legal and Governance Groups. Other teams she’s supported include Finance, Tax and Treasury.
Hampton brings with her extensive experience in developing and delivering a broad range of HR initiatives including staff engagement, recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent identification, performance management, remuneration, and diversity and inclusion.
Coveney said, ‘Stacey’s broad range of skills and experience are exactly what Rubik needs at our stage of growth to attract and retain the best talent in Fintech. Most importantly, we want to ensure we lay the best foundations on which to build a winning Rubik culture and Stacey was the ideal candidate to help us do that.’
Stacey’s appointment follows the first quarter senior appointments of James Jackson, Joanna McCarthy, Emily Chen and Lanie Conquest.
