Class chairman, Barry Lambert, has named Tony Fenning as the final new Director to the Class board, as the company works towards an IPO in late 2015.

Class is the provider of the award-winning Class Super, Australia’s leading cloud solution for administering self-managed super funds (SMSFs).

Tony Fenning’s appointment follows last week’s announcement of three new directors to the Class board – Kathryn Foster, Matthew Quinn and Kevin Bungard, CEO.

Barry Lambert said “Tony Fenning has the background, knowledge, experience and most importantly a solid track record of business success, that we need to round out our board.

“Mr Fenning has been an outstanding financial services executive, with an impressive history of building high growth and enduring businesses. His knowledge of what is happening around the world, combined with his understanding of how technology is an enabler of change, is unsurpassed.”

Tony Fenning commented: “I am delighted to be asked to join Class, not only because of its high quality, market leading software and strong growth, but more importantly the potential to build a sustainable high growth, next generation business.”
