ASIC has announced it will implement the government’s amendments to the adviser exam, which had received strong support from industry associations.
Consultation commenced last year seeking feedback on changing the exam to only having multiple choice questions and removing limits over who can take the exam.
The next exam will be held on 26 March 2024 and will reflect the changes.
