One of Australia’s most experienced consultancies in the superannuation and wealth management sector, IQ Group, today announces the promotion of Katherine Forrest to Head of Customer Advocacy and Assurance.

Katherine is charged with the management of the design, formalisation and implementation of the customer advocacy and assurance programs that will ensure interaction between IQ Group and its clients will deliver services in a way that is relevant to each client’s needs, for their individual businesses. The key is to empower IQ Group customers as they look to leverage their Stronger Super and SuperStream efforts and as service integration and digital engagement with members and employers become the primary commercial priorities.

Katherine brings to the role a deep understanding of the culture and skills that are central to IQ Group’s business, and extensive superannuation and wealth management domain expertise. She has spent the last three years as a Principal Consultant at IQ Group and has had 20+ years in superannuation administration and consulting with industry leaders such SunSuper, Equip, Suncorp and AAS. She has accumulated unparalleled management and operational expertise – in public and private sector enterprises and defined benefit fund environments – as well as extensive strategy and IT management experience.
