But ultimately, interactions with clients that proved to be the most satisfying aspect of her job.

“It’s quite funny,” she says.

“When I speak to my clients, they often say, I’m very happy speaking to you. It’s good to see they’re happy to speak to me.

Clearly I’m doing something right – or not doing something wrong. It’s the interaction; it’s the fact that you do care for them and you’re genuine about what you’re trying to do for them. They do sense it and they do appreciate it, and when they do feel it and they do appreciate it they show it – and I think that gives me the biggest buzz.

“That’s what gets me out of bed, that’s what drives me to work those extra hours after work. I have a great time, and they make me happy as well.”
