As acting head of retail for Zurich’s life and investments business in Australia, Tim is accountable for the retail business which includes advised and self-directed segments. Tim is responsible for understanding customer and adviser needs and ensuring Zurich’s products and experiences meet these needs in a sustainable manner. Tim has over 16 years’ of underwriting experience in life and health insurance and prior to joining Zurich, he held senior underwriting roles at Macquarie Life and Zurich International Life.
