Over the last 25 years working in Wealth management, Sandhya has held various management and leadership roles including her current role as Head of Zurich Australia’s new Advice business Zurich Assure since June 2022. Prior to this Sandhya was the General Manager for Paraplanning at Insignia Financial, General Manager-Northeast for MLC Advice and has held several Product and Operational roles covering various areas of Superannuation, Investments and Advice. She is known for her ability to lead strong cultures and is a modern leader focussed on empathy and performance.
She majored in English through University and did her Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.
