Nicole Mahan

Nicole Mahan is a financial services leader with extensive experience leading transformational change and building high-performing sales and account management teams across a range of industry functions, including banking, superannuation, financial planning and investments. She joined Iress as commercial director for Australia and New Zealand in April 2022 to manage and grow Iress’ existing client relationships across the region. Prior to joining Iress, Mahan was director of wealth management distribution at AMP, where she navigated the business through the Royal Commission and led the path to recovery and growth. Before joining AMP, she spent several years at NAB, leading their contact centres and customer experience transformation within their national branch network. She has a passion for developing engaged, high-performing teams, spending time outside of work mentoring others in the Financial Executive Women’s network.
