Nathan Jacobsen

Nathan Jacobsen is chief operating officer of AZ NGA, where he leads the delivery of the group’s platform to accounting and financial advice firms and drives business transformation across technology, integration, and infrastructure. He plays a key role in supporting AZ NGA’s growth strategy, including the development of super firms, centres of excellence, and ongoing M&A activity. Nathan is also chief executive of AZ NGA-backed outsourcing specialist Vital Business Partners, where he has delivered operational efficiencies, enhanced client and staff outcomes, and launched new services. He brings deep experience across the financial services sector, having previously held senior leadership roles as managing director of Diverger and Paragem, and in general management roles at Perpetual Private.
