She has a track record of building commercial systems from the ground up, from CRM infrastructure to client onboarding and account management frameworks. Her move into fintech was a deliberate one: drawn by the opportunity to apply emerging technology to the advice sector’s chronic supply imbalance and enable financial empowerment for the broader population. She now works closely with licensees across Australia to help them harness AI as a practical lever for business efficiency and scalable growth.
