Justine Marquet

Justine Marquet is a highly credentialed leader with over 20 years’ experience in financial services, working across product development, regulatory change, operations and sales functions. Her career has spanned superannuation, retirement, wealth, insurance and financial advice, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges Allianz Retire+ is committed to solving. She was most recently head of technical services, research and regulatory change at MLC Life where she was responsible for developing the capability, effectiveness and performance of the distribution team, external partners and cross functional colleagues.   She began her career at AMP and BT before spending six years at Kaplan heading up its Professional Development business and was responsible for delivering 40% of total revenue for the organisation. She led teams through development, design and implementation of multiple products, including video and on-line learning products, on-line reference library products and a new practice management program and magazine, to secure commercial success in a competitive market. Following her time at Kaplan, she joined AIA as senior manager, technical and education centre of excellence delivering cutting-edge technical advice strategies, product and sales training, to improve partner experience, increase brand awareness and sales.  She has a Master of Commerce (Fin. Planning), from the University of Western Sydney and an Advanced Diploma of Superannuation Management, Deakin/ASFA.
