Hugh is the CEO and managing director of Count and was appointed to these roles effective 1 July 2022.
Hugh is an experienced financial services executive. He started his career at accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, has been the CEO of Hillross Financial Services and was the executive general manager for wealth advice at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Hugh is renowned as a growth leader and has delivered large-scale change programs including wealth transformations at AMP and CBA. He has significant expertise in effective risk management, business compliance, digital and customer experience. Hugh has previously been a Director of Hillross, Vodafone Fiji and a non-executive director of the Future2 Foundation and The Infants’ Home.
