Chesne Stafford

Chesne is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning superannuation, wealth management, life insurance, and financial advice. She currently serves as the executive general manager at AZ NGA, a role she assumed in July 2024. In this position, she is responsible for executing the firm’s “Super Firm” strategy and collaborating closely with member firms to support their growth ambitions. Before joining AZ NGA, Chesne was the chief growth officer at HUB24. Chesne’s earlier career includes senior executive roles at MetLife, where she served as chief distribution officer and chief customer and marketing officer, as well as leadership positions at ANZ Wealth, NAB Wealth, OnePath and MLC.
