Andre Moore

Andre Moore is Assistant Secretary of the Banking Review, Investment and Financial Advice Branch in the Treasury. Andre is responsible for financial advice and collective investment vehicle regulation and is currently the Chair of the Working Group for the Council of Financial Regulators’ review into small and medium bank competition. In his Treasury career, Andre has worked across a range of economic policy areas spanning budget policy, taxation, financial markets and superannuation regulation. Andre also spent time working in Treasury’s Law Division where he was responsible for administering Treasury’s legislation management framework and has previously been a visiting fellow at the Tax and Transfer Policy Institute in ANU’s Crawford School of Public Policy. Andre has a PhD in public policy from ANU.
