The government has reappointed 24 members to the Financial Services and Credit Panel for a three-year period, commencing 1 January 2025.
The FSCP was established within ASIC by the Financial Sector Reform Act 2021 as the single disciplinary body for financial advisers from 1 January 2022.
Panels convened by ASIC to consider disciplinary matters must have two or more members selected from a list of eligible members appointed by the Minister for Financial Services.
The reappointed members are:
