The wait is almost over, as the superannuation industry prepares to gather to recognise its best and brightest at the Chant West|Conexus Financial 2014 Super Fund Awards Evening tonight in Sydney.

With the winning fund to be announced by the Prime Minister Tony Abbott, this awards evening is the premier event for recognising excellence in the superannuation industry.

Co-hosted by leading research firm Chant West and Conexus Financial – publisher of Professional Planner –  awards will be presented by Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) member Helen Rowell, ASIC commissioner Greg Tanzer, Shadow Minister for Financial Services and Superannuation Bernie Ripoll, Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) chief executive officer Mark Rantall, SMSF Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA) chief executive officer Andrea Slattery; Professional Planner editor Simon Hoyle, top1000funds.com editor Amanda White, and Conexus Financial CEO Colin Tate.

Chant West directors Andrea West and Warren Chant, and Chant West head of research Ian Fryer, will be on hand to provide all of the background and to outline the criteria met by the winning funds, and Professional Planner will bring you coverage of all the winners, as well as images from the evening.
