The third annual Asia-Pacific Wealth Report reveals Australia’s high-net-worth population rose 7.1 per cent in the year ending December 2007, and their combined wealth swelled 7.8 per cent to US$550 billion (A$657bn). The report covered nine key markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.
