Customer Service Policy
Professional Planner magazine is published in the last week of the prior month - 11 times a year (not published in January). Except where requested, when subscription orders are received less then 3 weeks before the next issue’s publish date, the order will not be filled until the publication of the subsequent issue of the magazine e.g. If we receive your order 3.5 weeks before the next issue’s publish date, we will dispatch the current issue within 2 working days, however, if we receive your order 2.5 weeks before the next issue’s publish date, we will not dispatch (the next issue) until the next mass mailing period – unless you request otherwise.
All magazines are shipped by Australia Post. For international subscribers, shipping is through Australia Post agents.
Conferences allow for paid registrations, whereby Professional Planner will refund pre-registration payments for any reason up until five working days prior to the conference. Professional Planner maintains the right to alter the conference speakers or sessions at any time and without notice.
